Mario Pandeli is a highly accomplished Dealer Principal, currently leading Audi Sutherland. With an impressive career spanning over two decades in the Automotive Industry, Mario has established himself as a results-driven leader. His expertise lies in effectively managing and leading all aspects of dealership operations, consistently surpassing budgets and targets.

Deborah has been in corporate services roles for over 30 years including senior positions and boards within the public sector and as a senior consultant with Critical Success Solutions – an aged/disability care consultancy. She has specialist experience in corporate planning, risk and financial management, performance monitoring and reporting, quality assurance and compliance reviews, survey development, implementation and analysis and governance.

Fleur is the Managing Director of Critical Success Solutions and works on a number of key projects with clients, which include: Nurse Advisor, organisational reviews in aged care, development and implementation of business systems and solutions for community and residential care.
